The General ruling that Buzz Hobbies follows is that if the item is "Faulty" we will work with the customer to make it right.
If you Stuffed it up or crashed it, we Won't cover it.
We have been in this industry for long enough to know when it is a genuine case.
Reasons like it didnt survive after a light crash testing on grass are not reasons that we accept, all impacts and crashes can cause damage so please don't be offended if your request is denied.
Test all items where possible before soldering to boards. Applying too much heat to a board or not connecting up correctly can often be a cause of issues with electrical components and generally not covered if you have already soldered to a board.

WHAT can be returned?
Due to the Nature of this hobby we can only cover items that are Dead on Arival (DOA)
Damages caused by crashes or mistreatment are not covered under any circumstance.
Products where you simply change your mind are generally not covered by our returns policy.

Generally a replacment item of the same type and model will be issued, where the item is discontinued or not available in a reasonable timeframe a substitute or store credit may be offered.
All returns are to be where possible in original packaging and include all accesories. cables and manuals.
Value of missing items may be deducted from your claim.
